Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
PVAD Flooring ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, the number of rooms, the flooring type you are considering, your ZIP code, an optional street address, and any notes you add. We also record the date and time you agreed to be contacted. If you arrived from an online ad, we may keep the campaign labels attached to that link so we know which ads lead to real requests.
If you accept analytics on this site, we collect anonymized usage data such as pages viewed and form steps completed. Analytics are not loaded unless you choose to allow them.
How we use it
- To contact you about your estimate request by phone, text message, or email.
- To confirm whether we serve your location and to plan your estimate.
- To understand which pages and forms help homeowners, if you allow analytics.
Submitting the estimate form is not a subscription to marketing messages. We only contact you about your request unless you separately ask to hear about offers.
Text messages
If you provide a phone number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver notifications, such as email and text messaging providers, and only as needed to respond to you.
Retention and security
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us at pvadflooring.leads@gmail.com or (612) 806-3857.
